SuperMicro heeft drie nieuwe servers geïntroduceerd die zijn gebaseerd op de superlage SC810 1U 19" behuizing. Dit kastje biedt space voor een CD-ROM drive, een floppy drive, twee Ultra160 SCSI bays een 200 of 250W power supply en één I/O bracket aan de achterzijde. Het goedkoopste model in de nieuwe server serie is de entry level SuperServer 5010H/E serverbak met SuperMicro 370SSR moederplaat. Dit is een op de i815E gebaseerd single proc server plankje met onboard Adaptec 7899 dual channel Ultra160 SCSI controller en twee onboard Intel 82559 NICs. Het bord beschikt over drie 25° gekantelde DIMM slots, die voorkomen dat hoge DIMMs een belemmering vormen in de lage 1U rack behuizing. Het grote nadeel van de i815E chipset is de beperking tot maximaal 512MB geheugen.
De ServerServer 6010H is interessant voor de mensen die de hoogst mogelijke performance uit een 1U rack ruimte wil trekken. De 6010H draait op een 370DER moederbord. Dit plankje is gebaseerd op de ServerWorks ServerSet HE-SL chipset, die ondersteuning bied voor two-way memory interleaving. De beschikbare geheugenbandbreedte wordt hiermee in theorie verdubbeld. Vooral snelle DMA devices kunnen hier voordeel van hebben, de FSB blijft immers beperkt tot 133MHz. Verder heeft het bord een onboard Adaptec 7899 controller, twee onboard Intel 82559 ethernet controllers en is er support voor maximaal 4GB ECC geheugen en 64-bit, 66MHz PCI. Een vergelijkbaar maar iets goedkoper systeem is beschikbaar in de vorm van de SuperServer 6010L, die is voorzien van het SuperMicro 370DLR mobo. Dit bord is gebaseerd op de ServerSet III LE chipset, die niet overweg kan met two-way memory interleaving:
