General FeaturesNew Features
- fully featured calculator that vastly simplifies the process of calculating a potential overclock.
- integrated HDD health checker (S.M.A.R.T.), thanx to Yogesh Vachhani for the source.
- a calculator for converting temperatures from Centigrade to Fahrenheit and vice versa.
- VRAM calculator to make the task of overclocking your video card a little less guesswork.
- a fresh pine smell.
Bugfixes
- slide out menu and controls to preserve desktop space.
- fully functional S.M.A.R.T. HDD Health checker.
- added a completely new field to the PSU calc, user defined wattages (green) along with a button to reset them back to the application defaults.
- temperature conversion tool.
- VRAM Ns conversion tool (now in its own window).
- included Intel P1-3 SYS clock / FSB architecture in the FSB calculations.
- included dual fields for the P4 IPS calculations, one for Hyperthreading, and the other for non-hyperthreading.
- included the system clock in the FSB ratios to allow a better idea of the contrasts.
- probably something I missed...
Known Bugs
- implemented a cheap hack to keep a divide by zero error away from FSB Ratios and the Temperature Calc.
- fixed the main windowsborder style to a fixed position.
- toned down the default wattage multiplyers to closer represent the average wattages of system components.
- cleaned up the behavior of certain command buttons
- fixed tab order, yer welcome...
[break]
- strange backspace behavior when editing text boxes
- still possible to completely clear text box contents and apply a calculation, resulting in a critical error. (looking for help on this noobish problem)
