Software-update: Apple QuickTime 7.0.2.120

Na een tweetal previews van QuickTime 7 heeft Apple zojuist de final-versie uitgebracht van zijn mediaspeler. Het programma is beschikbaar voor zowel de Mac als voor Windows, maar alleen nog maar voor Windows 2000 en XP. De grootste vernieuwing, het zal inmiddels bekend zijn, is ondersteuning voor de h.264-codec waarmee niet alleen high definition media afgespeeld kan worden, maar ook film op mobiele apparaten bekeken kunnen worden.
