Software-update: Media Portal 0.2.0.0 Release Candidate 1

Geheel volgens plan is gisteren de eerste Release Candidate van versie 0.2.0.0 van Media Portal vrijgegeven. Met dit programma kan een Windows XP-machine als het hart van de multimedia hardware in de huiskamer worden gebruikt. Zo kan er op een eenvoudige manier naar radio en muziek worden geluisterd of naar video's en dvd's worden gekeken. Verder kunnen tv-programma's worden opgenomen en is het uiterlijk van het programma aan te passen. Een changelog voor deze versie is er niet, wel is het de bedoeling dat de volgende functionaliteit in de uiteindelijke versie, die voor 22 oktober op de planning staat, aanwezig zal zijn:
