Weather Watcher is alweer een tijdje niet langsgekomen in de meuktracker, maar Mike Singer van Singer's Creations werkt nog steeds hard aan versie 5.6 en gisteren heeft hij beta 11 hiervan uitgebracht. Dit programma is in staat om de weersverwachtingen van meerdere steden te laten zien. Zo worden bijvoorbeeld de temperatuur, luchtvochtigheid en luchtdruk getoond. Daarnaast is het ook mogelijk om diverse weer- en satellietkaarten te bekijken. De nieuwe versie kan binnengehaald worden als volledige installatie of als update wanneer je al een versie geïnstalleerd hebt staan. Het changelog van deze release ziet er als volgt uit:

- Fixed: Clicking the tray tooltip balloon on tooltip events displayed a blank window at times.
- Fixed: High/low recorded temperatures were not resetting at the start of a new day.
- Removed: "General" --> "Keep all windows ontop" option in order to move towards a more standard Windows-like functionality.
